About Me
Hi, my name is Lucy.
I created Happy Tails to provide pet services to my hometown Newcastle because I am passionate about the wellbeing and happiness of every pet.
Happy Tails is driven by modern science-based care that advocates for compassion, communication, and patience when working with all animals. This means that force-free and fear-free interactions are always the first priority and your pet will always be shown the kindness they deserve.

I enjoy developing strong relationships with each of my clients and individualising their booking to fit the unique needs of their pet.
Fundraising
From mid-September 2023 to Jan 2024, Happy Tails donated 5% of every booking to T1 International - a not-for-profit organisation that advocates for accessible and affordable insulin worldwide.

In total, Happy Tails raised $668! This included 2 x independent donations of $50 each!
