Get in contact below to let me know what you're looking for. The service, your pet, dates required, and I'll confirm availability.

Let's Meet!
We'll arrange a time prior to your booking to meet, discuss the details further and complete the booking form. I'll also get to meet your wonderful pet!

Payment Confirmation
We'll confirm the payment method and amount at our meeting and you can pay anytime up until the first day of your booking!

Photos and Updates
Your booking will commence and I'll be sure to send you lots of photos and updates of how your pet is going.

Additional Costs To Your BookingAdditional Pet Surcharge If your booking is for 3+ pets there will be an additional $5 cost per pet, per visit. i.e. You have two dogs and two cats (four total pets) and would like to book pet sitting for three days with ONE 20-minute visit per day. The normal charge would be $20 per visit, however for a fourth pet an additional $5 will be added to make your total $25 per visit. This would result in a total of $75 for the entire three days, as opposed to the normal $60. Distance Surcharge If you are further than 8km away, there will be an additional surcharge of $1 per km (past 8km) to account for fuel and vehicle maintenance costs. You can use Civic Park, Newcastle as an approximate reference for distance. Pet Food, Litter, or Other Necessities If a necessary supply runs out during your booking, don't worry, I will cover the cost and organise payment with you separately.

Refunds & CancellationsCancellations happen sometimes and that's okay. I get it, life happens! If I need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be a 100% refund. If you need to cancel your booking, you will get a 100% refund unless you cancel: Less than 24 hours prior: this will result in still being charged 50% of the total cost of your booking.

How is Covid-19 Affecting My Services?I'm asking that all clients please maintain understanding and flexibility during the pandemic, as things can often change last minute! ​ Unfortunately, last minute cancelations do happen - from both ends. I'm asking for clients to please be aware of this and to consider having a back-up option for pet care in the event I am unexpectedly unable to pet-sit due to Covid-19. ​ In the event of a lockdown again, I will be closing my services until it ends - for both mine and your safety.
